Finally, more of us are talking about mum rage, the stigma that keeps mums quiet and the social change we need to stop so many from suffering (or simmering) in silence. There is very real physical, psychological and societal pressures that contribute to maternal rage, and mothering is in many ways getting harder, especially as we deal with our own fears and traumas.
