This workshop explores how memoir can be a path to freedom. Whether you’re starting out, mired in the messy middle, or struggling with fear in finishing, you’re invited to confront the stories imposed on you and see how or where you can transform them. With reflective exercises and discussion, you’ll be equipped with deeper awareness and courage to ‘face the dragon’ towards the truth within.
